First you add your raspberries to a high bowl. It has to fit to your blender! Just add a few, depends to how much ice cream you want.

Next add sugar. I prefer brown sugar but white is also fine. Only a bit of sugar, but if you like it sweet add more :)

Looks good! I use vanilla soy milk instead of milk and sugar for a low cal optio
