Add your 1 1/4 cup of sugar, 10 tbsp butter, and 3/4 of a cup cocoa to a large bowl.
Fill a pot 1/3 of the way up, and bring it to a light boil.
Make sure the bowl fits and place it inside. Stir occasionally.
Now in a separate bowl mash the banana.
When your sugar, butter, and cocoa melts together, take it out and let it sit for a few minutes.
Add the 1/2 tea spoon vanilla when it's warm, not hot.
Add one egg at a time making sure you mix vigorously after each. You need 2 eggs.
These parts are so gross, I take them out :)
It should look like this, shiny! π
Add your flour 1/2 cup flour. I used cake flour π
Add the nuts, 2/3 cups. I just added a hand full. .
Put it in a pan. I had to use this I didnt have a pan small enough. Add some chocolate chips to the top. Put it in the oven for 25 mins or 80 if you make a loaf like myself. Check it frequently.
Now for the icing add some chocolate chips to a bow(hand full and half)l. Preferably the same one you used for the batter.
Add 1/3 of a can on condensed milk. Can always add more if needed.
Heat up some water in a pot and set this inside again. Remember the water shouldn't touch the bowl. Fill the pot 1/4 of the way.
Add the icing and fruit. You can sift icing sugar on top and you're done ! :)
So good! You can subtract the banana and almonds as well if that's not your thing it still comes out great!
