In a separate bowl (forgot to take the pic), make the vinaigrette; olive oil, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper

Yea adding green onions or scallions is the original recipe actually hehe, I didnt add it coz no scallions left at home right now :) all gone with the fried-murtabak we made. Thanx for the comment Seda :)
