Wash and cook Sushi Rice (1:1 1/2)
Cut fish into long & thin slices
Cut your extras into similiar pieces
Add some vinegar to your ready cooked rice
Prepare a sheet of Yaki Nori
Put some rice on it and distribute it equally
Use some water on the edge to make it sticky

I agree with Daniel Martínez. How do you make the rice so it comes out all sticky?
I've done this! The trick is to keep your hands wet when dealing with the rice! *said from experience
Could you add good combinations of fish and veggies including mushrooms and fried tofu. Love your guide, just don't know what favors go well together.

I like California rolls the best would cooked crab be good along with it
Thanks for the tutorial! It would be useful to note that fish must be as fresh and healthy as possible, coz in Japan they have sea at hand.
