Fill the peppers with the meat and rice mixture, place on a cookie sheet (foil makes for an easy clean up), and bake for 25 minutes.

I also made this and it's a great basic, easy, and quick recipe for stuffed bell peppers. Was delicious and was a hit at the potluck I served it at. They are very filling too. One bell pepper is a meal in itself.
