1 Cup 1% milk (you can use skim if you want)

Bill, you can't "just freeze" any drink, cristals will form and it won't be as good. In these popsicles yogurt helps, but it still won't be as creamy. If you get your hands on an ice cream maker (they are usually unexpensive) or run the blend every couple hours as it freezes you should end up with some creamy ice cream. I have never done it with a protein shake, though...
