This is my spice drawer, yes it is a mess, but it is my lovely mess of flavours. I have labeled everything on the lid so I don't have to roam too much to find what I'm looking for. 😝

I'm making these now - they're still cooking but I'm cheating a little and tasting as they go. I like them very much - but I think I'm going to try adding a little Cholula sauce to the oil mixture next time for some extra heat!

Dear Beth. I like hot and spicy too. I'm still amazed by all the different tastes in chills, but boy have I burned my mouth trying them out😛🔥

I tried them with rosemary and garlic the last time I made them (also salt and pepper) and they were good. I do like the curry or creole seasoned ones best but I like the hot, spicy snacks. The rosemary and garlic were nice and savory.

Dear Kat just try with spices you like, only think on which is the strongest and then use a small amount of that spice so it does not overpower less strong ones. There are no rules.

Dear Mika I use what I got. Chilli is nice and so is curry. I have tried with barbecue spices alone but the pees need some strong zing to sing in your mouth.
