Preheat to 300 degrees f- yes 300 :) Or 150 Celsius
Get your ingredients ready
Put your sugars and butter in a mixer or hand mix until creamed
In a separate bowl add flour, salt, baking soda, cream of tartar and mix together
Add the dry into the wet and mix well
Cover and place in fridge for 30-60 minutes
Mix together the sugar and cinnamon for rolling
Roll around and coat the dough as much as possible
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet
Bake for about 13 minutes then add time if needed
I got 24 cookies. You can make them bigger or smaller
This isn't part of the guide BUT did you know you can shred chicken with your kitchenaid and the paddle attachment?? Super fast. Just make sure it's warm chicken
