Put a small bowl on top. Break your chocolate into individual pieces and drop them in. (Note: 3 bars of chocolate makes about 13 pops)

Put a spoonful in the chocolate

Stir well with a spoon. The final result should be smooth and creamy, not thick like pudding

Pour the chocolate in a small bowl. Use a rubber spatula to scrape it out

Crush the graham crackers into tiny pieces using a beater. (I realized it would be easier to crush them in a sealed bag... so do that instead)

Poke the lollipop stocks into each marshmallow. The stick should just barely reach the top of the marshmallow

Move your chocolate bowl fairly close to your graham cracker bowl to prevent dripping

Roll your marshmallow in the chocolate. Getting the sides and the top. The bottom isn't necessary to cover. The roll it in the graham cracker crumbs

Place it on a plate or you can stick it in a cake pop holder if you have one (if you don't have one, simply get a shoe  box and poke holes in it👍)
