How to Make S'mores-On-A-Stick (Aka S'mores Pops)

Day 1 of S'mores Week! S'mores pops are sooo amazing, and the recipe is simple!

Start by melting the chocolate bars. You'll need a double boiler to do that. Fill a large pot with about an inch of water and put it on the stove with medium high heating

When the water begins to boil (start seeing tiny bubbles)...

Put a small bowl on top. Break your chocolate into individual pieces and drop them in. (Note: 3 bars of chocolate makes about 13 pops)

Now you'll need your coconut oil

Put a spoonful in the chocolate

Stir well with a spoon. The final result should be smooth and creamy, not thick like pudding

Pour the chocolate in a small bowl. Use a rubber spatula to scrape it out

Since there is a lot of chocolate in a small bowl, it is deep. This makes it easier to completely cover the marshmallow up

In a slightly larger bowl, put 7 or 8 graham crackers.

Crush the graham crackers into tiny pieces using a beater. (I realized it would be easier to crush them in a sealed bag... so do that instead)

Now for the lollipop sticks

Poke the lollipop stocks into each marshmallow. The stick should just barely reach the top of the marshmallow

Move your chocolate bowl fairly close to your graham cracker bowl to prevent dripping

Roll your marshmallow in the chocolate. Getting the sides and the top. The bottom isn't necessary to cover. The roll it in the graham cracker crumbs

Place it on a plate or you can stick it in a cake pop holder if you have one (if you don't have one, simply get a shoe box and poke holes in it👍)

Continue steps 14 & 18 with the rest of your marshmallows

When you want to store them, cover the plate, or cake pop holder, with plastic wrap. Enjoy your s'mores pops!
