In a prepared bowl, dissolve 200gr of flour with 1/2 cup of water. Add in 1 tsp of sugar and pinch of salt. Mix it up. Peel 3 large ripe bananas, cut into small cuts and add in to the flour mixture

Get a spoonful of the batter and fried each spoonful like this. Deep fried is the best but regular pan-fried is ok. Let them caramelized and golden brown. Set aside

Hi Lauren. I have never tried it before with apple rings but in my opinion, guess u need to add a lit bit of amount of the flour if u use apple and deep-fried them ... hence you will get crispy apple rings fritters. Pls let me know the result ☺

hahah pancake mix contains eggs right :) however, if you happen using flour, no addition of eggs will make ur fritters hardened sooner.

Hi Gio, yes pan-fried with oil but not too much coz too much oil will make the fritters soggy
