If you add some tomato sauce with mozzarella cheese under the broiler you've got chicken parm!

My mom and I tried it tonight and it tasted amazing!!! Although when I was making the seasoning mix, I didn't think it had enough flavor so I added some Lemon Pepper in addition to the garlic seasoning and sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Next time I might add more of the garlic seasoning and/or another seasoning I always like. I think I also might experiment and try doing it a little different...using chicken wings and/or tenderloins, dredging them in the egg first, then flour then the egg again then the bread crumb mix and either fry it or bake it in the oven. I also think i will make more bread crumb mix and whisk up extra eggs - this time I didn't have enough. Whatever I do or don't do, I DEFINITELY will make this again!!! It was a huge hit with my mom which followed by dessert that I made earlier today - Apple Crack with a sprinkling of cinnamon sugar. YUMMMM!!!!
