Hi Ian! Give it a whirl and let me know if it worked...maybe try using half the amount for your first batch. Cheers!

I don't normally like cilantro but ill try soaking some and see if it takes away the taste I don't like. Nice job. :-)

It is delicious. I made some today. Without exact measurements I might have added too much garlic and salt and cilantro but hey it is still delicious!! Great recipe!!

Sounds good my friend, you can mix up the recipe by adding real tomatoes, and even more of a mix by toasting your tomatoes on a pan a little, and also adding some pepper. :) I'll have to snapguide my salsas :P

I made this to go with dinner last night. Once you balance out the salt, heat and acidity to your taste (I used some extra lime) it was really great. Thanks!

Hi Maureen! It's up to you, with a 28oz tomato drop your heat isn't too nuts with seed and flesh!

Maureen Uebelhoer

The salsa looks amazing, but do you usually leave the seeds in the jalapenos?

Maureen Uebelhoer 11 months ago

Dan Parry

It is John, I usually hit it with a habenero and a couple extra garlic cloves! Pickled jalapeños also rule in this! Cheers mate!
