My Latino friends taught me how to make vanilla sugar by storing the pods in a Tupperware of sugar for a few days, but your method is much faster if you have a blender at home πŸ˜‰ Great with cocktails like Mojitos, Caipiroskas and any ones needing sugar. Thanks for sharing Jessica!
