First....Grab your spaghetti
Bring a pan of water to boil and place inside sufficient spaghetti for the number you are cooking for. Bring to boil and simmer for 10-12 minutes. Now lets get to the spicy part!
Choose your Chillis! I prefer fresh, but its OK to use dried or powdered. Just remember to only add a little and according to taste. If you add too much , you may have to dilute it down. (See end)
Cut chilli but remember, not too much. Cut finely and throw in with the onions.
I've also added a few mushrooms I discovered in the bottom of the fridge. You could leave them out, or add green peppers, garlic, carrots or any other veg you'd like to use up.
Fry in a little olive oil.
When the spaghetti is done, strain away the water and throw in the spaghetti with the onions and mix together.
Optional : grate a little hard cheese
Sprinkle cheese over served spaghetti and enjoy! Oh and by the way....if its too hot, you can mix in a plain yoghurt to reduce the spicy taste.
