Only got 10 minutes before lunch? Only got a couple of onions in the veg rack and a packet of spaghetti ? Should've gone shopping yesterday? Don't worry, the answer is here..

First....Grab your spaghetti

Bring a pan of water to boil and place inside sufficient spaghetti for the number you are cooking for. Bring to boil and simmer for 10-12 minutes. Now lets get to the spicy part!

Choose your Chillis! I prefer fresh, but its OK to use dried or powdered. Just remember to only add a little and according to taste. If you add too much , you may have to dilute it down. (See end)

Cut chilli but remember, not too much. Cut finely and throw in with the onions.

I've also added a few mushrooms I discovered in the bottom of the fridge. You could leave them out, or add green peppers, garlic, carrots or any other veg you'd like to use up.

When the spaghetti is done, strain away the water and throw in the spaghetti with the onions and mix together.

Optional : grate a little hard cheese

Sprinkle cheese over served spaghetti and enjoy! Oh and by the way....if its too hot, you can mix in a plain yoghurt to reduce the spicy taste.
