How to Make Pulled Pork
Trim off any excess fat and rinse. Pat dry
Cover evenly with rub.
Let meat come to room temp before cooking. This will help cook even and prevent condensation from forming on the meat while cooking
Get your smoker going with your favorite soaked wood chuncks. Also works in the oven set at 225. 8 hours!
Should fall apart, add a little rub and any of the juice collected back. No sauce needed.
