In a small sauce pan add: 4 TB butter, 2 tsp vanilla and 1/3 c milk. Let this warm up until butter melts

Brush the entire surface with the browned butter. Then add enough brown sugar to coat well. I used a few hand fulls and a good sprinkle of cinnamon. Press this into the buttered dough

And start to cut long strips. Then each strip cut into bite size pieces

Stack bite size pieces up and place back to back making three rows, into a greased 8x8 dish (ones that are perfectly square in shape)

This dough will fit perfectly into this dish. Preheat your oven to 350, and while its warming up let this dough rest again in the dish. About 15-20 min

Bake LOOSELY covered with some tin foil about 30-40 min. The ends will brown up but the middle might need longer. The foil will keep tops from browning while the middle gets cooked best

Now, these are wonderful as is but I make a caramel glaze to pour ontop: 2TB butter, 2 TB brown sugar, 2 TB milk. Warm that until its bubbly. Then add about 1/2 c powdered sugar
