Into the blender, one cup of water
I am using ViSalus sweet cream flavor, but you can use whatever protein powder you have
Add your powder to the water (this is about 50 grams, it is suggested on the package)
Now add in 1 cup of strawberry, I use frozen fruit and these are sliced I find them easier to blend
You may need to use the crush/pulse button - blending the fruit takes a lot longer than the powder, of course (optionally you can also add 1 cup of crushed ice as well, I don't, but my mother does)
Pour into a glass, travel cup, whatever you are drinking from, enjoy! Meal replacement, pre or post workout, weight management.
Strawberries amount to about 50 calories. I do not have the original package for my protein powder so I have idea what it is (sorry!!!) & personally I don't believe I'm calorie counting (:
