Start by boiling your potatoes. Drain your yogurt you are using a lower % than 10 because else it will make your dressing thinner. I use a sharp mustard. Use any kind you want to. Add mayo and stir.

I use a plain Greek yogurt. The 10% referees to the fat. Here you can get a 0.01 % a 0.1 % a 2% a 5% and a 10% fat. The lower the fat percentage the " runnier" the yogurt. Hope you understand.

What kind of yogurt do you use? Is it a Greek yogurt or just a plain? I'm not sure what the 10% refers too 😞

Dear Rane it is easier and your slices get even. If you slice once and rotate your potato and slice again you get nice small cubes.
