How to Make Peter Pan Collar Nails!!
Materials needed
First but a reinforcement label on your nail
Now paint your nail with the navy nail color
Let the navy color dry,Then your going to paint two half circles on your nail
Like this
Now take your piece of paper and add a blob of white nail polish
Now take your nail dotter or pencil and add three dots ( to look like buttons )
Like this!
Now take off the reinforcement label of so you have little Peter pan collars on your nails!
There ya go now you have awesome Peter pan collared nails!!!
