How to Make Paper Airplanes
Here are three fun paper airplanes to make.
The first airplane I will teach you how to make is The Arrow.
Sorry this is blurry. Fold a sheet of paper exactly in half long-ways, and re-open it so you have a crease separating the two halves.
On one end of the paper, fold each corner in towards the center to the point where the inside edges are even with the centerline crease.
Starting at the very tip of the point, fold the paper down on each side so the inside edges line up with the center crease.
Turn the paper airplane over and fold it in half along the centerline.
Fold both wings upward.
Fold a little bit down on each wing at the corner. Now it's ready to fly!
This airplane is called The Dart.
Fold the paper along the width then unfold it to create a crease along its center.
On one side of the paper, fold each corner in towards the center to the point where the inside edges are even with the centerline crease.
Starting at the very tip of the point, fold the paper over on each side so the inside edges line up with the center crease.
Turn the paper airplane over and fold it in half along the centerline.
Fold each side once more, and you have your dart!
Our next airplane is called The Stealth.
Fold your paper in half long-ways.
You need scissors for the next step.
Cut on bottom as shown.
Open the paper airplane up. Fold each corner in towards the center to the point where the inside edges are even with the centerline crease.
The bottom edge of the corners that you just folded down should create a straight line across the page. Fold down at this line.
Fold the corners down again similar to what you did in step 18, folding each corner in towards the center to the point where the inside edges are even with the centerline crease.
Flip the plane over and fold it in half. That's it!
Those are all the airplanes we made. Have fun.
