Kinda like tabbouleh if you added, bulgur wheat, tomatoes, mint, allspice, baharat, olive oil, lemon juice and maybe some pomegranate seeds.

like tabouli with bread instead of wheat berries?

Hey Carolyn and Marina, you can put it on most things, fish would work really well or mussels, clams and scallops. You could also use it on poached eggs and grilled veg! It's pretty fast and easy to make and it always tastes better the fresher it is. Don't forget you can add chilli, anchovies and or olives!

This would be great for fish! I assume you should use this immediately or can it keep in the fridge or freezer if you make too much? Another good guide, thanks for posting!

Hey Eugenia, thank you so much for pointing out the spelling mistake. And you are also right that it is breadcrumbs, well done. If you do a quick search on the Internet you will find the breadcrumbs are normally mixed with parsley, garlic and lemon. Thanks again you are awesome:)

the name does not relate to the recipe..the nane should be PANGRATTATO, but this is simply bread crumbs..

Great recipe, thanks! I especially love the anchovy idea. I imagine this would also be a good topping for fish. What else would you eat it with?
