Dear Vivienne. I have only made this with mandarins because the peel is so easy to remove in two whole pieces. You can make them with any citrus fruit, but you need the white string in the bottom.

Dear Serene. I have placed the vacuum cleaner in front of my husband and hopefully he will take the hint. So now I'm going to just sit in my bathtub and look out into my snow dusted garden and enjoy the mandarin lights.

Dear Sarene I'm lost for words. Just had the flu. Hair greasy, house a mess and I'm so tired. I'm so fare from a creative goddess as you can get. But your kind words made me feel a whole lot better. Thank you.
