Alisha- I don't grind chia seeds... Just toss them in salads, yogurt or anything else you like. They're crunchy and good. They can also be used for pudding. When they are added to liquid they puff up and become jelly-ish. Sounds weird but it's good! 😜

I've never had chia seeds but it's worth a try! Do you grind them or how else would you prepare them? When we were short on relish we would use pickles :) it tastes really good with the celery.

Alisha, I love nutritional yeast. You could also add chia seeds for an interesting texture. What do you think? I thought about adding chopped pickles too. That's also how I had it growing up (before I went vegan).

I've always made mine without tofu and I mix a lot more in. Try some nutritional yeast! It gives it a good, whole flavor. Try any spices you like! I also add relish just for old times sake (before I was vegan, and all through my childhood the recipe was just tuna, mayo, and relish)
