Spread a half ounce (about 1 tbsp) of the cream cheese onto each corn cake.  Be very gentle as the corn cakes are very thin and frail compared to regular rice cakes.

Most of the calories come from the almond butter and cookie butter as 1 tbsp of each ranges around 100 cals. The carbs are mostly from the banana. Overall this is still a healthy meal, & light enough to keep your intensity in the gym.
