How to Make Mind Blowing Cheese Cake
Combine crackers & powdered sugar into cuisinart.
Blend until fine.
Add melted butter. And blend.
Pat crust firm into bottom of spring form pan.
Combine eggs, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, & Lemon juice
Pour into pan, then drop onto table to settle any air bubbles.
Bake @ 350 for 55-60 minutes. Best served chilled.
