Put a drop of nail polish in the water, then the next color in the center, repeat this step until it looks like the last picture. With toothpick swirl around nail polish to make your design.

When your nails are dry, dip your finger in the middle, strait down, keep under water and with a toothpick collect the nail polish on the top of the water. Pull finger up

It will have nail polish around your finger (you can tape around your fingernail and peel the tape off if you'd like)
