You take cord 3x the sice of your arms.

You make a lus. 1 side is 2 times the length of your wrist. the other side, the rest of the rope

you stick the tape stuck in the loop.

Step 6 of 15
you go with the right side of the rope (pink) over the middle and the left side (green) of the pink rope

And than you go with the green under evreything.
