Made this with , cheddar slices, tomato and lettuce, and then toasted this so it would stick. Amazingg!

I tried this with grated mature cheddar, honey roasted ham, replaced the cream cheese with butter because I can't have soft cheese and used spinach & rocket for salad and it was delicious!
