I tried the cornstarch and it works great You can also add some plain yogurt, yumm! I love garlic mixed with plain yogurt.

@kaushik the eggs give it that thick mayo-like consistency. If you leave them out it will taste just the same, but be more like a salad dressing consistency. But I'm sure it will be just as yummy! :)

@valenne personally I think the lemon just enhances the flavor of the garlic. This sauce is VERY garlicky so dont worry too much about covering it up. Also the lemon helps to reduce the need for salt. But you can always adjust to your taste! Enjoy! :)
