Small container here (13 oz) is $3.28, according to the Walmart website. I've always just gotten the large jar for about 5 bucks I think. It can be expensive if you're on a budget.

Emma and Esme, glad you liked my guide. I had so much fun making it! (And, of course, I got to eat tons of butter and sugar...Awwww yeah!)Cole, we don't exactly 'praise' it... but it's not that expensive here. A jar costs about the same as peanut butter, maybe a buck or two more? How much is it in the USA? If Nutella is out of your budget, you could always try using the cheap generic supermarket brand Hazlenut spreads? Do you have those too?

Later on, you beat it to form stiff peaks. Well, the recipe I got said stiff peaks... I just beat it till it kept it's shape and looked good enough to me- about five or six mins. My hand was too sore to do any more beating, lol. And they turned out great. So really, I think either way it works! XD

(author) last year

Emily AwesomëSauce

For the moment, you just need to beat it until it's white and thick, only about two mins.

Karrie K.

Erm..sorry...just to clarify-are you beating it until its stiff (peaks that is) or soft peaks? Does it matter?

Oh yeah, and if anyone is wondering what that random ass white one is doing- my sister and I decided to just put the eggwhite & sugar mix and bake it to see if it'd turn into merigiune. And it did. And. It. Was. AWESOME.
