Good flavor but a lot of my breading wouldn't hold when I flipped it after 20 minutes. Too much butter maybe? Ideas?

Made this last night with a few changes. I am not allowed white flour on my diet so used ground(smashed)pork rinds and about a half cup of ground almonds, followed the rest of the recipe as stated. It was awesome, thank you so much for posting it! There were two peices left over, but this morning went to the fridge, and hmm one was missing! LOL ;) Thanks again.

Hi again Danika, just needed to come back and post a quick note letting you know that I tried your chicken recipe guide this past weekend and it came out sooo delish! If I knew how to post a pic on here (via my iPhone) you could see my guy chowing down on a plate of that chicken along with the fixins on the side.. LoL. This was an enjoyable meal, a definite keeper that I'd recomend anyone try. Thanks again :-)

Perfect recipe buttermilk is key; egg wash is no substitute. Doing so and it's no KFC!! Stick to true and tested as author indicates. Plz/thks

Wow... this looks sooo good! Not exactly diet friendly but neither is KFC... LoL. Thanks for sharing this one Danika, not only does the recipe look super yummy and easy to prepare but it's also a money saver in these tough times. It costs a lot to feed a family of 4/5 at KFC with not much in the way of leftovers. Great guide all the way around! Thanks again :-)
