Break the milk by adding citric juice (lime)

Squeeze the excess lime out of the broken milk and the remaining stuff will be used as a panneer..

hahaha thats not stupid karen....ok u need to take normal milk not skimmed, 1 lime is enough n yes you need boil the milk then squeeze the lime in hot milk....

I'll have to make this. It is calling to me to be made. But before I can make it I must ask you what kind of milk you are using. Is it condensed? Can I use fresh milk? How much lime juice do you ad to the milk in the bowl? Do you heat the milk before adding the lime juice? Forgive me for being stupid.
