Transfer into a suitable jug ready for cooking. This should yield 4 pancakes when using a large pan.

Nooooooooooooooo! Dont! Hope u haven't already! When u whip up the whites like I did, that acts like the raising agent and makes them naturally fluffy. You do not want to add any other raising agent,it will turn out to be something different. : )
