Once removed from heat, add one and a half squares of unsweetened chocolate. It's important to completely remove off stove and add chocolate. If not you will scorch the chocolate

Notice it will crack a little when it's done. The middle will still be somewhat jiggly but that's exactly how it's supposed to feel. It's a giant underbaked brownie basically!

Andrew it's in the baking isle of the grocery store. Usually next to chocolate chips, in a box and will be marked semi sweetened choc as there are two kinds: semi sweet and unsweetened

Carlos you can absolutely exchange out chocolate! I'm sure it would be just as delicious. The squares are an ounce each the measured equivalent to 1 1/2 ounce is 3 Tablespoons. So measure 3TB of chocolate and melt. There you go! Good luck and thanks!!

I really want to make this for Thanksgiving and I wanted to know, for the chocolate, how big are the squares? Also, can milk chocolate be used or is semi-sweet simply better (my mom loves chocolate but if its too strong she gets sick)? Thank you :)
