Grind together 13 red chilis (with seeds), 8 shallots, 2 tomatoes, and 1 tsp of salt. Pls adjust the 'spicy-ness' according to your liking Note: more tomatoes means less spicy.

Turn the heat to low. Well I like mine has sweet taste, so I add 1 tbsp of granulated sugar. Keep on tasting. Add lil bit of salt or lil bit of sugar or maybe lil lime juice Stir until it's thickened

The sauce is now should be hot, spicy, balance between sweet-salty-sour. Add in the fried eggs and stir for about 1 minute. Turn off the heat
