Put all the wet ingredients (including the chocolate) in a bowl that can go in the microwave

Microwave the wet ingredients. Use 30 sec intervals until you are able the mix the ingredients together completely

Apply waxed paper to a container and put your mixture in the container. Make sure the mixture is distributed evenly

Store the bars in the fridge and enjoy:) remember to wrap the bars up if you want them on the go they get quite sticky when outside the fridge!

2 Cups Oatmeal

1 Cup Whey proteinpowder (any taste you like)

¼ Cups Sliced almonds or peanuts

¼ Cups Dried cranberries or raisins

½ Teaspoons Cinnamon

1 Teaspoon Vanilla

¼ Cups Organic peanutbutter

¼ Cups Cloudy honey

¼ Cups Milk

¼ Cups Unsweetened apple sauce

¼ Cups Dark chocolate (70% or above)

I made these today, but when mixing the 2 together mine turned out like chocolate bars instead of oatmeal bars. Not sure why!

Each of my mixes is about 2500kcal. Divided by 10 bars that makes 250kcal for each of my bars, but the energy will vary depending on the ingredients you are using.

#Super Girl: i have no idea :) again it varies with the products you use, but judging by the ingredients I would say quite a lot of protein and carbohydrates and a very small amount of fat

Selyne: If you look under supplies you will see them all. They're really easy to have as a snack on the go or just at home. Because they're not baked they don't get too dry and boring and if you make sure you only use organic and low fat products they're really healthy as well:)
