When you want to bake your cookies just add 1 egg, 1 stick soft butter and vanilla extract. I didn't have stick butter so I eyeballed it, my ball was a bit out if shape😝

Cool down dough in the fridge for 30 minutes. Turn oven on at 350° F - 175°C  cut the cooled dough as thick or thin you want, just adjust baking time accordingly.

Make sure you have lots of space between the cookies on the baking tray. Mine stuck together 😔 Bake for 9-11 minutes. Cool cookies down on a cooling rack. I got 12 BIG cookies.

1 Cup Flour

¼ Cups White sugar

½ Cups Brown sugar

½ Teaspoons Baking soda

½ Teaspoons Salt

¾ Cups Chocolate chips

Plus for baking

1 Stick soft butter

1 Egg

½ Teaspoons Vanilla extract

Dear Victoria it takes 5 minutes to put the dry ingredients in a ziplock bag and when you want to bake it takes 5 minutes to mix with the wet ingredients, you can even mix it in the bag to reduce cleaning.

I'm always baking (tonight 20 sausage rolls, 2 quiche & 1 banana loaf). But with my little toddler time is always a problem. I like anything that allows me to make our own fresh food while saving time! (also don't get many convenience foods here in Austria) 🍰

Dear Jennifer the main ingredient in a store bought mix is sugar. Try to calculate just how much you are paying for sugar, it is crazy
