The chinese way of making dumplings is to put the filling in the dough and then boil it but this looks good as well!

Hey great guide! Very helpful! When I make chicken n' dumplin's I put some herbs (rosemary, basil, parsley, thyme, sage, and oregano is what I use) and celery, carrots, and onions to the broth, and then use some of the broth instead of milk in the dough it adds alot of flavor to the dish… 🍴
