Ingredients baking soda, water, container with lid, (optional)essential oil random orange:)

Get the baking soda and water.

First, put in one tbsp of baking soda, this will last a long time.

Pour in water, slowly to make a paste.

Not very pasty until you shake it, that'll come later.

Add essential oil if wanted. I use lavender or orange or both! They tend to counteract each other with citrus which is supposed to awaken and lavender is relaxing.

Close lid, Shake it up!

Label it and store it in the fridge! Make sure you specify shake before use!

Put it on! It is really nice smelling and works good! It'll sting if you already scratched it a bit, but still works:)

If you use tea tree oil it will reduce the swelling and take away the itch--and you can skip the baking soda paste in a hurry. It also can help prevent bites when rubbed directly on the skin. Just make sure you at using therapeutic grade essential oils. Lavender can help heal any scarring from too much scratching.

Wow Sage, am gonna make this for my friend! She had sandfly bites months ago & they're still itchy til today!! Even after meds fm the Dr. So she'll b super grateful if this works for her...
