How to Make Healthy Soup in 6m: The Lazy Kitchen Way

This is for Leah, who asked if I ever make lazy food. This is using a French onion soup base with pretty much what I have in my kitchen.

Gather all of your ingredients. You can add or take out whatever you want, this was just a quick lunch I threw together.

Measure out your veggies. Feel free to use a different mixture like all broccoli or whatever veggie you like.

Add the chicken to the mixture.

Throw the mixture into the microwave for 2 minutes.

Add croutons and you are ready to eat! If you want a healthier version, leave the croutons off.
