Many people have asked me if they could use any green tea powder .The answer is no ! This special green tea powder mix is specific for making ice cream so everything ingredients are already included.

In the measuring cup add 200 ml / 1 cup

Pour the whole green tea powder mix into the bowl

Mix well with the whisk until thickens it should take around 2~3 mins with a batter but with a whisk around 5~6 mins if you have a strong wrist

No sweeteners is needed . Moreover I think that the natural taste of the green tea with milk is sweet enough ! I don't know ... Asian taste buds

It specifically made to create an ice cream . I don't think that u would be able to create ice cream with just green tea powder but I know on YouTube there someone who makes it with normal green powder but there's a lot more work to do
