Zest a lemon and set the zest aside for later.

Cook a half a box of spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and toss into the garlic & onions.  Add the lemon zest.

Toss to combine pasta, lemon zest and sautéed garlic then grate some fresh parm on top. It's light and refreshing for summer & has tons of flavor.  Serve with some grilled veggies or a salad - Enjoy!

Hi Joe... I updated the last step with my comment that this is not supposed to be a saucy dish so like what you suggested, add in some stock if you prefer it that way :). Thanks for the feedback.

We tried it this evening an found it to be very dry, taste was great but needed some sauce maybe a little chicken stock.

This is not supposed to be "saucy" so if you prefer it that way save some pasta water to add to it or a bit of vegetable or chicken stock :)
