How to Make Fried Chicken
There's many ways to cook fried chicken this is just one of the ways I make it
Take of skin and any fat
1 pack of coloring Sazon 1 1/2 tablespoon of adobo 1 1/2 tablespoon of garlic pepper 1 tablespoon of pepper (additional) *all purpose flour *medium frying pan or your preference *cooking oil
This make it a better taste
**Take 1 scoop of flour if your using small bags like I am. ** put in each bag. **shake flour and chicken **should look like pic 4--------------------------------
*start frying chicken but don't over crowd at least 15 to 20 mins till golden brown.. Poke with folk to make sure it's not red inside..
