Take some bred slices. This is actually proper bread to make stuzzichini but any kind will be ok. Really just chose your favorite bread.

Spread a bit of butter on it.

Take black/red caviar.

Spread the caviar as well.

Take some vegetables conserved in oil.

Make sure you squeeze all oil from it.

Chop few leaves of lettuce/radicchio.

Place them in the fridge for half an hour. The taste will be better!

In case you don't like caviar just replace it with some smoked ham or smoked bacon.
