you can use either of the two. neglect the vodka and since you're 12, make sure your blue curaçao is non-alcoholic. :)

You could probably use another alcohol...or if u want something non alcoholic...maybe sparkling water, like Perrier.

I guess they're using triple sec instead of blue curaçao. it's colorless but have the same flavor as blie curaçao.
