This all nuts , I did use peanuts , coconut powder, almond, hazelnut and raisin. Crush everything in a grinder except coconut and raisin.

Then in a bowl mix everything together .

Now in pot put 2 cups sugar , 1 cup of water and 1 teaspoon of vanilla and put it on high heat until reach boiling then put 1 teaspoon of lemon leave it boil for 5 minutes and let it cool down .

Flat one sheet and brush it all with oil.

Preheat your oven 350 f , watch the video and after you cut it pieces what ever size you like then put it on ungrease tray put it in the oven for 10 minutes or until it turn golden

Now put the sweet syrup you made in a bowl and grap a strainer.

Pull your tray from oven put Baklava in the syrup for about 1 minute or less then put it in the stainer for 5 minutes until stop dropping syrup.

And you're done . For good looking I put it on plate and spread coconut or crushed pistachio .  Hopefully you enjoy it.

I used corn oil , you can use any kind of oil except olive oil . And also you can use unsalted butter . Enjoy thanx
