Cook the eggs in advance on separate pan but leave slightly runny

Finely chop! The quantity is up to u depending on what u like to use most and amount of rice u want to prepare.

Over high heat, stir fry the onion, ginger and garlic. Use minimal oil. This should take less than a minute, we do not need the onion to brown.

Add the vegetables and stir.

Add the lump free rice and stir. We still have the heat on high.

Add the pre-cooked eggs

Add the soy sauce and whatever other sauce you like like fish sauce or Tabasco!

Serve hot! This is a complete meal by it self but have it with any other accompaniment you fancy! I'd recommend this when u absolutely feel lazy to cook and don't care do a take out! Simple and nice.
