I like fresh tomato soup, but of you're pressed for time, the canned stuff is ok. I just added black pepper and salt to take away the "canned" taste.

@Shazana, my apologies! But it's simple, you sandwich the cheese in between the bread. You can use either mayo or butter-spread it in one side of the bread and place it butter/mayo side down on a heated pan (I like to keep the heat on medium so that it doesn't burn easily). Spread the butter/mayo on the side that's facing up, and when the bottom is golden brown, flip with a spatula. When that side is golden brown, you're done! 😊
