Squeeze the line juice over the chicken.

Put in the fridge for 3-4 hours. You can use straight away but best to marinade.

Alternate the colours, and the type of veg. I give my hands a rinse with water after the chicken so I don't get the yogurt mix on the veg.

500 Grams Chicken breasts (3 to 4)

250 Grams Full fat natural yogurt

3 Tablespoons Tikka spice mix

½ Lime juice

2 Red onion

3 Peppers (different colours)

250 Grams Cherry tomatoes

8 Metal skewers (or wood)

1 Bunch Friends (optional)

1 BBQ (can use a grill if you want )

12 Pints Beer (optional)
