Cut a half circle in a piece of tape, and place it on your finger. Make sure it's sealed. I used a pencil to mark the tape line, just so you can see where it is.

Paint over with black and remove tape right away. Then let it dry. As you can see my finger is a bit busted from trying to figure all this out;p

Now cut a smaller half circle and place it like so.

Now carefully paint red or green up to the other line, and then remove tape right away.

Now paint white carefully up to the last line. Always let it dry.

Now grab a small nail, or a nail dotter and dip it in white.

Now dab three little white dots on your red:)

Now if you don't have any polish thin enough to draw with, just use the other end of the nail, dip it in black.

Now draw two lines which will be the eyes, and your done:D this is a cute accent nail, or you can do this to all of your nails. Have fun:)
